Todd Tuffs

Managing Director (Continuity & Resilience)

For more than twenty years, Todd has helped organizations stay operational when disaster strikes. His expertise spans service continuity, disaster recovery, emergency response, and operational resilience, all built through senior leadership roles in one of the world’s largest global energy companies. Todd has led continuity and crisis initiatives during some of Western Canada’s most significant incidents, including the 2013 Southern Alberta floods and the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires, as well as global‑scale resilience programs covering hundreds of critical applications and complex infrastructure environments.

Todd is recognized for his leadership in high‑pressure environments, earning multiple CIO and VP awards for crisis response, operational excellence, and large‑scale program delivery. His work has strengthened resilience across industrial operations, remote sites, and global IT landscapes, shaping how organizations prepare for, withstand, and recover from disruptive events.

After leaving Shell, Todd broadened his capabilities through personal development, strategic innovation, and digital technology ventures, gaining new perspectives on how organizations adapt and evolve. This period reinforced his belief that resilience must be practical, human‑centered, and grounded in real operational experience, not theoretical frameworks alone.

Todd co‑founded Oskyra Resilience Management to bring that philosophy to organizations seeking modern, scalable resilience. Through Oskyra, he helps clients build continuity, emergency management, and operational resilience programs that are clear, actionable, and designed for the realities of today’s interconnected risks.

Graeme Cram

Director of Client Success & Operations

Graeme brings more than twenty years of operational leadership to his role as Director of Client Success & Operations at Oskyra Resilience Management. His remit is deliberately broad: he owns the client relationship from first conversation through delivery, oversees the firm’s project engagements, and runs the business operations that allow Oskyra to scale without losing the hands‑on quality clients rely on. Organizations work with someone who has sat on their side of the table, accountable for budgets, for uptime, and for the answer when something goes wrong at three in the morning.

Graeme is currently an Information & Digital Technology Manager for Canada Integrated Gas at Shell, where he serves as CIO for the business line. He is a member of the country crisis management team, has acted as recovery manager during business continuity tabletop exercises, and contributes directly to building the company’s continuity plans. His ICS‑100 and ICS‑200 certifications align his practice with the incident command structures used across industry and emergency management.

His career has been built in environments where resilience is not academic. Graeme spent seven years delivering infrastructure and operations for the LNG Canada project, a greenfield liquefaction facility and export terminal in Kitimat, BC. Before that, he led service assurance for Shell’s Canadian Upstream business, responsible for operations across 21 remote sites underpinning 665 million cubic feet of daily natural gas production, and steered the optimization program that removed $3.2M annually from the cost base without disrupting the business. Earlier in his career, he delivered capital projects across Canada, the United States, Denmark, and the Philippines, and built satellite and radio communications systems for energy operations in some of North America’s most remote locations.

Graeme’s credentials reflect how he works: PMP for disciplined delivery, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner for iterative value creation, ITIL for service management and operational stability, and ICS‑100/200 for structured incident response. He joined Oskyra to help organizations build continuity and resilience programs that hold up under real operating conditions; clear, practical, and delivered by people who have run the response themselves.
